Measured in a cell proliferation assay using human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.1-0.5 μg/mL. |

Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20°C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions. |
